Supervising Physician

Louis Acosta M.D.

Dr. Louis Acosta is a beloved physician who has combined his interest in laser technology with slowing the hands of time at Primary Skincare & Aesthetics, his practice in Beverly Hills. Dr. Acosta is a board-certified physician with over 44 years of experience. His interest in laser technology began almost 20 years ago where he served as a volunteer physician in juvenile detention camps removing tattoos. He now uses laser technology to remove unwanted hair, skin lesions, and lessen the appearance of wrinkles for his clients in Los Angeles and the surrounding areas.

Dr. Jeffrey Jumaily

Physician with expertise in rhinoplasty, forehead reduction, facial feminization surgery (FFS), liplift, facelift and other cosmetic procedures of the face.

Dr. Jeffrey Jumaily is a fellowship-trained and double board certified facial plastic and reconstructive surgeon. Dr. Jumaily is nationally and internationally known for his expertise in rhinoplasty, forehead reduction, facial feminization surgery (FFS), liplift, facelift and other cosmetic procedures of the face. Dr. Jumaily’s work is highly regarded for the beautiful and natural results that can be customized from subtle to dramatic and life changing. Due to the high domestic and international demand, Dr. Jumaily has offices in Los Angeles, CA and Toronto, Canada.

Dr. Jumaily studied medicine at Boston University School of Medicine. During medical school, Dr. Jumaily fell in love with the art and science of surgery. After medical school he pursued residency training in Head and Neck Surgery in Boston, Massachusetts, which included work at Boston Medical Center, Boston Children’s Hospital, Lahey Clinic and Boston VA Medical Center. Throughout his training in head and neck surgery Dr. Jumaily worked with nationally and internationally renowned facial plastic surgeons to treat adults and children for various conditions requiring reconstructive and cosmetic surgery. Under the guidance of mentors such as Dr. Jeffrey Spiegel, a passion for facial plastic surgery grew. Dr. Jumaily continued his training with a prestigious subspecialty fellowship with the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (AAFPRS) at the University of Toronto where he worked with internationally known surgeons including Dr. David Ellis and Dr. Jamil Asaria at FACE Cosmetic Surgery in Toronto.

Dr. Jumaily strives to contribute to the facial plastic surgery community in order to improve patient outcomes. He has published literature in the field of head and neck surgery and facial plastic surgery. Dr. Jumaily has presented his work at several meetings in North America. Dr. Jumaily was recognized through several awards, including the Spiegel Award in Facial Plastic Surgery and the Conrad Award in Facial Plastic Surgery.

Diana Nguyen, M.D.

Wellness and Aesthetics Physician

Practicing in California for 17 years, Dr. Diana received her undergraduate degree from UCLA and her medical degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine. She completed her residency at University of Southern California. Dr. Diana’s certifications include the American Academy of Aesthetic and Cosmetic Medicine, Innovations in Facial Aesthetic Medicine, and the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine. As an active participant of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Dr. Diana has received comprehensive training in facial surgery and patient care.

Dr. Diana’s passion for anti-aging medicine and holistic health has made her an expert injector and wellness advocate. She has received awards for Women in Business, Excellence in Entrepreneurship Award, Image Skincare Physician of the Year, and Women’s Business Institute and has been featured in Fortune Business and OC Metro’s 20 Women to Watch.

A physician and surgeon, Dr. Diana devotes her private practice to perfecting her skills with a keen eye for natural beauty through a non-to minimally-invasive approach. She believes in the importance of how wellness contributes to living youthful and healthy, that feeling good from the inside out is just as important. Her philosophy extends beyond the clinic and into her personal life and family, constantly staying active with paddle-boarding, yoga and cycling.

She continues to share her knowledge and experiences by devoting her time to educating her patients and staff. With a passion for quality, Dr. Nguyen and her team aim to provide individuals with a natural, minimally invasive approach to enhancing their beauty with an emphasis on wellness.

Shelly Brunner

Nurse Practitioner

Shelly is a Nurse Practitioner with a passion for Dermatology and Aesthetics and over 2 decades of experience in healthcare. She is a graduate of the University of Minnesota, holds a Master of Science and Post Masters degrees with a primary focus on Adult & Womens’ Heath.

Shelly went on to receive additional training and certifications from several leading dermatologists and plastic surgeons, in both Northern and Southern California.

A professional in the art and science of facial rejuvenation, Shelly uses combination therapies, including Botox, fillers, lasers and micro-needling to produce natural looking results.

In addition to her love of aesthetic medicine and helping clients look and feel their personal best, shelly is a clinical educator in dermatology and has worked with Allergan, as well as other companies on clinical trials, towards the latest innovations to improve treatment options.

Shelly values education, safety and the importance of properly administered injections above all else. She wants clients to feel relaxed and comfortable during treatments. Shelly has a calming demeanor and gentle touch with an eye for aesthetic detail, customizing each individual’s treatment to suit their needs.

On a personal note, Shelly has a passion for holistic nutrition and health and can often be found at a local farmers market, gym, on a hiking trail, or at the beach.

Gia Segura RN, BSN

Advanced Care

Gia has been honing her skills and perfecting her craft in the Cosmetic and Medical Spa industry since 2004; (15 plus yrs). Over the years Gia has become an expert and is adept at operating various types of Lasers. Gia has also gained knowledge of Skin Care and many types Aesthetic treatments and Services related to the Medical Spa Industry. In the last 5-6 years she has added Injectables to her Skill Set, as well as IV Vitamin Therapy and Microneedling with PRP for Face and Hair Restoration. Gia continues to take Classes and frequently attends Professional Industry related and sponsored Conferences and Trainings to stay on the Cutting Edge.

Colleen French, MSN, FNP-c

One of the most experienced and sought-after Master Injectors in Beverly Hills and the west side, Colleen has now brought her expertise to the South Bay. A Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) who prides herself on being at the forefront of aesthetic medicine, Calleen/s expertise runs the gamut of aesthetic services. Lasers, Fillers, Botox, IPL, RF services just to name a few.

Colleen graduated from Tufts University in Boston with a B.A. in Spanish and a minor in Biology. After studying abroad and living in Madrid, she became fluent in Spanish. “I always knew that I wanted to work in the medical field and help others from a very early age, which is why I also studied pre-med as an undergraduate,” Colleen says. After graduating from Tufts, Colleen moved to Los Angeles and ran her own business as a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Massage Therapist and Masters Swim Instructor. During this time, she continued to take classes and then decided to return to school full time to get her master’s in nursing where she accrued clinical experience in public health, maternity, pediatrics, mental health, and surgery. She graduated from the MECN program at the UCLA School of Nursing. Her nursing career began on an acute medical surgical unit at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Beverly Hills where she was noted for her ability to work efficiently in the most stressful circumstances.

Colleen is now a Family Nurse Practitioner after graduating with honors in 2019. She has been specializing in dermatology and aesthetics for the past 5 years, which has become her passion. A skilled researcher and community volunteer, Colleen has been a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing since 2014 and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners since 2019.
