I usually never write a review unless I am extremely impressed or extremely disappointed... I can honestly say, that I was in tears with happiness yesterday when I left Malibu Faces. I had an eye surgery that left under my eyes with dark, hollow and wrinkled. After visiting 2 other facilities in south Bay, (which were not helpful at all with their high price and snobbish attitude) I went to Malibu Faces in Hermosa Beach. As I walked in, I was welcomed and offered something to drink. I explained my situation to the front desk manager and ensured me that after my free consultation with their "Director of Nursing" Olivia, I should have all my answers.  Which I did! Mind you, I only went in for consultation but Olivia was so knowledgeable, professional and caring that I had to go ahead and get my under eyes taken care of. The best choice I've ever made! Malibu Faces is both super welcoming and effective! I adore Monica, she really takes the time and care to get to know my face and gives me a totally natural fresh look. Masha welcomes and looks after me and always helps make this such a fantastic experience. The follow up is excellent. I happened to notice Malibu Faces Med Sap while waiting for my husband to exit 24 hr fitness. As a new comer to the word of appearance,  I was intimidated to enter their doors to take a peek. I was met with such warmth by the beautiful and sweet girl at the front I decided to take the leap and make an appointment for a few tweaks. Come to find out, her name is Masha. I then nervously went to my 1st appointment for botox where I was met with by NP, Colleen who somehow, I swear, magically, finessed my face with precision and expertise - i came out a whole new person. It had been a hot minute since I was feeling whole - menopause is beast, innit? Nonetheless,  I've returned at intervals to get refreshed several times now. I am taking the time to spoil myself these days. I. 100%. Deserve. It... Straight out of a fairytale, I met their facialist, Kate, who somehow managed to take this poorly person up another notch with her crazy, freak facial techniques I couldnt resist, so i made them let me buy a package. You cannot lose with this place. I am making this post on my own volition - proceed with caution in letting them treat you because you will be blown away. Stars times infinity!
